We're looking for a dedicated leader with proven
management experience to join our team as the Director of the Front of House.
The Front of House Director is directly responsible for a staff of 50 people
which includes Team Members, Team Leads, Managers, and Associate Directors.
The main objective of this high-level role is to
improve the profitability of the restaurant by providing fast and accurate
service, genuine hospitality, a clean and safe work environment, team
development, training, and controlling labor costs. The Director of the Front
of House is accountable for their area and given a lot of autonomy to innovate
and improve the business as they see fit.
Oversee and ensure a positive guest experience
through the FOH team.
Assist with sales and brand growth through
operational excellence.
Maintain an optimal level of financial return
for the business.
to further drive customer experience and sales.
Build and coach the FOH leadership team to grow
leaders professionally and personally.
Implement new ideas and strategies to improve
business.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Available to work a flexible schedule which
includes mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends (Hours of operation are
Mon-Sat 6:30 am-10 pm, we are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
Must be eligible to work in the United States

Competitive Wages ($26/hour Based on Experience
